Behind Beer Making followed by Lunch and Golf Scramble.
Jake Brenner, professor in the Craft Brewing Packaging and Service Operations Certificate Program of Grand Rapids Community College's Secchia Institue for Culinary Education Program will be
presenting on the “Science Behind Beer Making”.
Durant Scholz, President/Chief Visionary Officer of Active Concepts, LLC will be presenting the talk "Fermentation: Tradtional Technology Marches Forward." We will be posting more details on
both speakers and content soon.
For those who do not want to golf we will be having some organized games/activities during the 2.5 hours of the golf scramble.
